It is my goal to make your new or existing real estate company successful, profitable, and easy to operate. I only charge one amount per month, no matter how many agents are in your company and my agreement can be cancelled by you at any time. So, this means I have to be good.
Now if you want to start your own real estate company or need a broker for your existing company. Here I am. I will do all the filings for your new company no charge other than the state license fee. Once the company is approved and you have agents working in it, your agents can start making money by selling any and all kinds of real estate. If the owner is already a licensed real estate agent, then you will no longer pay a commission to the broker. You get 100% of your commission.
